Constantinos regularly advises clients on matters related to tax optimization, CFC, CRS and FATCA compliance, tax appeals, private client tax advisory, asset protection schemes, corporate governance, legal due diligence, redomiciliations, cross-border mergers, and investment funds advisory.

Constantinos holds a borderline first class degree from the University of Sheffield, a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice with Commendation, and a Diploma in Investment Funds Administration. He is a member of the Society UK, Cyprus Bar Association, and International Tax Planning Association.

Constantinos is studying for the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (UK Chartered Institution of Taxation) and has a particular interest in ICOs and Blockchain technologies and reads Oxford Blockchain Strategy Program (Oxford University).
